Your 4-Week Kickstarter is a simple, structured plan to get you moving again with zero overwhelm.
You’ll book an intro session, we’ll build the perfect weekly routine for you, and our coaches guide you through every workout so you always know what to do.
By the end, you’ll feel confident, consistent, and part of a community that actually notices when you show up.
We give out exact prices once we actually know what someone needs, but you shouldn't apply if $60+ per week is outside your budget.

In fact, this program is built for mums who are not exercising or at least don't have consistency with their exercise routine/gym program.
If you are training at another gym, and consistently exercising, this program would not be suited for you.

We coach you through every session, help you build a routine you can stick to, and check in if you miss.
It’s supportive, welcoming, and built for people who want to feel confident, not crushed.
Every session is fully guided by a coach.
We show you where to go, how to set up, how much weight to use, and how to scale movements to your level.
You’ll never walk in feeling lost or unsure. We’ve got you from start to finish.
Our class capacity is 18 people.
It’s big enough for a great vibe, small enough that coaches can actually give you attention and feedback.
On our busier times, we will have 2-3 coaches on the floor and raise the cap to 28 people.
Consistency takes time. You’re not going to achieve all your dream goals in four weeks.
But what can happen in four weeks is this:

The Kickstarter is about proving to yourself that you can do this, and setting you up for real results over the months that follow.
Our standard for our members is 3 sessions per week.
We also expect light activity such as walking on your other days.
We run sessions morning and afternoon/evening across the week so you can find a rhythm that suits work, school routines, and real life.
You’ll choose your preferred times when you join.
Absolutely! lots of people join with a friend, partner, or co-worker.
Just let us know and we’ll help set you both up together.
But you definitely don’t need to know anyone, you’ll meet plenty of friendly faces on day one.
